Returns and Exchanges

At Caravan we take pride in selecting our product range and it's really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If not we've made every effort to make it easy for you to return or exchange the item. Just email us at and we'll let you know exactly what to do at the time. Here's the deal:

Not what you expected?

If you’re not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days of receipt and tell us why. As web shoppers ourselves, we know that sometimes what you buy on websites may not be quite what you expected. If this happens we'll provide the option of a refund or exchange, but it must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind we're happy to help. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt to exchange the item for something else. Be aware that you will need to return the item by tracked courier at your own cost and shipping costs incurred already are not refundable. The item must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If someone else bought the item for you, we may need more information to identify the order. We do not offer exchanges on sale items.

Damaged item?

We check every item before it’s wrapped but if for some reason your item isn't in tip top condition when you get it please email us within 7 days so we can start the claims process with our courier. We only have 7 days to lodge a claim so getting in touch with us ASAP is really important. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you as soon as we can. If the item isn’t in stock, we’ll offer a refund or exchange. 

We’ll need you to return the damaged item at our cost. If someone else bought the item for you, we may need more information to identify the order.

Under warranty?

Some of our products have a time bound warranty from our suppliers. If your product is faulty and still under warranty please email us immediately. You’ll need to return it to us at our cost and tell us what the problem is and when it first appeared. We’ll then get a replacement out to you. If it’s not in stock, we'll offer a refund or an exchange to the value of the original purchase price.
